The Siege, by Streamlight, is a rugged, cordless, alkaline battery-powered lantern that provides 360 degrees of soft, even light that illuminates large areas. The white LEDs feature three output levels: high (340 lumens), medium (175 lumens), and low (33 lumens). The red LED operates in a night vision preserving mode (10 lumens of steady light) and a flash SOS mode for emergency signaling (10 lumens). The cover is removable to illuminate large areas, and the lantern can stand upright or hang from the D-ring on the base or top of the lantern to provide overhead light. The recessed power button prevents accidental actuation and features a battery level indicator. The Siege Lantern will float with the outer lantern globe in place, and it is waterproof to one meter.
